IN THE GAP?

I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none." Ezekiel 22:30 (New King James Version)
How can we live a life, which imitates, the most influential Gap Minister in the existence of mankind? Who is this great Gap Ministry Warrior and what did he do? His name is Jesus and his life is an example of in the gap ministry. He intervened between us and eternal condemnation. He laid it all down and give himself unconditionaly. John 15:12 & 13 says: My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. His example is deeper, extreme and way more profound than this. Laying down your life for a friend is easy, but what about for an undeserving person?
Romans 5:6-8 says: You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
A Generational Warrior will get in the gap, not just for his family and friends, but for anyone who the Holy Spirit leads us to. How can you intervene, between those who are lost without Christ and Gods impending judgment? Voice your opinion... How do you breach the gap?

Awesome revelation Pastor! It is funny that you speak about Jesus being the ultimate example for us to follow. This morning I spoke to the worship team about this in Phillipians 2:1-18. Check out what verse 3-8 which says,

3 Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. 4 Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.
5 You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.6 Though he was God,he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to.
7 Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form,8 he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.

Jesus is our example to follow. There is no way that we can intervene for the lost without the Holy Spirit's guidance, backing and the power of Christ. We live for Christ and to be like Christ!
