THE CRASH. RAZE UTH CRASH. Or FRIDAY NIGHT CRASH WITH RAZE UTH is the new theme for Raze Uth Ministry for 2014. The inspiration came from the Rhino. An animal that describes the Uth ministry of our church, Casa Del Alfarero (Potters House Church) in Orlando. The last Uth service of 2013, I spoke about this new theme and named the Friday Night Youth gathering as THE CRASH. It comes from the name given to a group of Rhinos... a crash. Our Uth have been strong and have grown a lot and I see them as spiritual rhinos. It's fitting that a group of them gathered together makes a CRASH. One of the points I brought during that chat was that Rhinos do not typically walk backwards. Their bone structure and leg formations makes it difficult for them. I reminded the Uth, that we as born again Christians, have been created to move in a forward direction and not to ever go back. 2 Corinthians 5:17-19 Our past life and our past sins need to stay behind us on the cross. Moving forward is how we should live, growing in our understanding of God, our faith, and a renewal of our minds. Romans 12:2
We are planning to redo our style of services on Friday night, to reach more young people for the Lord. But, two things we cannot compromise, our Praise and Worship and the ministering of the Word of God, those things will always be present. We can innovate how we deliver them, but they must be present. Also, an altar call to salvation and ministering is guaranteed to be there. We want new faces, new videos, new thought provokers. So, get ready Raze Uth, let's impact our generation as one body, one ministry and one CRASH. More to follow. Share his blog, God bless.

It Gets Better
"It gets better," is the phrase Gays and lesbians have adopted as a kind of slogan to keep the newer generation of young people motivated in their fight for equality.
For the last forty plus years the Gay movement has been building momentum and has worked hard in our nation to change our perspective and our thoughts about them. See the timeline here. Over decades, and in the 1990's, they have clarified and identified themselves as group, an acronym: LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender). Originally, a community, now they strive to become a minority. Hispanics, blacks, immigrants, and women are considered minorities. On many forms it asks you to identify yourself as a minority. I know somewhere along the line, the LGBT identifier will be there. They have become organized, have found sympathy among celebrities and even our president, President Obama. I have heard him twice, with my own ears, mention the LGBT community in some of his presidential addresses.
They understand that in this nation you can influence change through the court system and gay marriage has been gaining ground. Same sex marriage has taken momentum in many states and is spreading slowly. It was in the 1970's that homosexuality was voted by pressure not by scientific fact, out of the status of mental illness(Source). It was a mental illness until then, even Sigmund Freud had referred to homosexuality on many occasions in his writings, and he concluded that paranoia and homosexuality were inseparable.
What does the Bible say about homosexuality? Lets explore it.
Genesis 13: 12 Abram dwelt in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelt in the cities of the plain and pitched his tent even as far as Sodom. 13 But the men of Sodom were exceedingly wicked and sinful against the Lord.
In Genesis 19:5, angels had arrived to Lot's house in Sodom and the men of the city approached Lot's house and the story says: 5 And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them. KJV Bring them out to us that we may know them carnally.” NKJV In the New International Version it is written in plain English, starting with verse 4: Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. 5 They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.”
Leviticus 20:13 NKJV If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.
1 Timothy 1:8 NKJV But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,10 for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine,
Romans 1:26 NIV Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. 28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 NKJV
9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
The Bible clearly states the standard set by God regarding homosexuality and lesbianism. He hates sin,but he loves his creation. Unfortunately, He is holy and where there is a sinful lifestyle, God cannot share an intimate relationship with them. Homosexuality is a sin according to the Bible. If the Bible truly is inspired by God, then his stance is clear. Sin can come in many forms. Sin is sin. Do not believe that pointing out a homosexual or lesbian's sinful lifestyle and choices is worst than any other sin many people commit. Sin is sin and it keeps you from God and from eternal life and leads ultimately to eternal condemnation.
I had spoken to a young man, who professed to be homosexual. He ranted about how much he had been criticized for his lifestyle in other churches and he expected me to join in on the criticism. He was looking for an excuse not to come back to our church. I did not give him one, I just told him we all have sinned and we all need to repent in order to be right with God. Your sins might be different from mine I told him, but my sins were an obstacle to heaven, until I asked God for forgiveness and repented and turned away from them. He left church that day not because I attacked him with how bad or sinful homosexuality was, no, he left because he said he liked being homosexual and wasn't willing to let it go. As a minister and a Christian who loves people, I represented my church, I was not going to be just another Christian, who was fast to criticize, but I pointed out we all have sinned and how with sin, we could never make it to heaven.

The Gay movement continues with their agenda of acceptance, and with defending their sin and our disagreement will always be with what is written in the word of God. We should show them the love of God, as God does not love the sin, but he loves the sinner. We need to be clear and teach what the Bible says and not be first to cast the first stone. What's your voice? Let's hear it!

Be Careful Who You Curse
In the Book of Numbers 24:9, the Bible
tells us, regarding the Nation of Israel, that God delivered them out of bondage
in Egypt, and said: “He crouched. He lay down as a lion, and as a great
lion. Who shall stir him up? Blessed is he who blesses you, and cursed is he
who curses you.” God voiced that he would stand up for his people.
United States has been a channel of blessings for Israel. Some say that the only reason God has not brought judgment on our nation is that we are friends with Israel. For whatever reason, we are still prosperous and blessed. We bless Israel.
God’s promise will always be kept and those who bless Israel will be blessed. Those who curse Israel will be cursed. In Genesis 12:1-3 Now the Lord said to Abram, "Get out of your country, from your family and your father's house, to the land that I will show you. 2 I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.
Recently, Hugo Chavez, president of Venezuela, died of cancer. He had a strong ideology and had accomplished a lot for himself as president of his country. Most definitely, he had a gift for talking and could speech the camera for hours. He has always spoken negative about the United States and made clear his alliance and allegiance to Cuba, Iran and the Soviet Union. Then he crossed the line, he cursed Israel. In his words, from his soul and from his visceral, which means his insides he said I curse Israel. Then the curse called cancer ate his insides and robbed him of life. Watch the video below. A sad end to any human being's life...so, be careful who you curse. Voice your opinion I want to hear it!
In the New Testament, In Luke 7:1-10, we
see the story of a highly ranked Roman officer, who openly blessed the Jews
with a synagogue. When his servant, became deathly ill, the Jewish elders
went to Jesus and explained how the centurion had blessed them and deserved
help. Jesus healed his servant immediately. A blessing.
Now, consider a more recent example, like that of Hitler.
Adolph Hitler was the twentieth century's most infamous example of a
persecutor of the Jewish people. His plans for world domination were crushed
and his life ended with suicide.
Behind Hitler was Germany, a country who led an outright assault and persecution of the Jews, they had been a major world power before WWII. But, since the Holocaust, they have never again gained the world prominence that they held before Hitler. A curse.

Spain, also illustrates the curse principle on a national scale. In
1492, a royal edict to expulsion was announced, which gave Jews only two
months to leave Spain or convert to Catholicism. Leaving was not easy, when no
money, jewels, gold or other portable forms of wealth could be taken out of
Spain. Some Jews sold large farms and all they owned for a donkey to pack a few
personal items, to leave Spain. Jews who remained were forced to become
Catholics, under pain of torture and death for refusal. Under Queen Isabella,
Spain had been a world power, capable of financing expeditions to the New
World, and claiming large portions of the Americas for the glory of Spain.
Within a hundred years after the expulsion of the Jews, Spain was no longer a dominant world power, today they never again rose to such prominence in world affairs as they held before their persecution of the Jews.

The United States may be the most interesting example of God's promise.
We have been Israel's best ally on the world stage. We support them and have
helped Israel many times, including during the 1967 Six Day War. Although our
help during the conflict was very late and minimal, at least we were on the
right side when we finally acted. Today, many nations recognize our commitment to their survival.

The Beginning of the End? Part 1 The Pope
Days are flying by. Events are leading to the inevitable...the end of the world. The Catholic Cardinals are arriving to the Vatican from all over the world. Just last month, Monday February 11, 2013 Pope Benedict XVI, who is 85 years old, resigned due to his poor health. The last pope to resign was Gregory XII in 1415. For many years I had read and been taught that the Pope and the Vatican had a lot to do with end time events as prophesied by the Bible in the book of Revelations.
Here is Revelations 13 vs.13: Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” 5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. 6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. 7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear.
The beast coming from the sea is in reference to a highly populated area, multitude of people, in other words; Europe. Specifically the Vatican in Rome, where the Pope lives and governs the Roman Catholic Church. The Vatican is in Rome, Rome is in Italy and Italy is in Europe. The Roman Empire was the world dominator in the times of Jesus, they ruled the world at that time. And though the Roman Empire disappeared, it went into a reduced state with world wide power and influence, this time religious. In the world there are 7.74 billion people and around 1.2 Billion are Catholic, that is a great number of people to have influence over. The Pope is the Pastor or shepherd of these sheep.
The Catholic heads or Cardinals are in Rome already in the Vatican and they will start their meetings on Monday March 4. There job will be to choose the next Pope. Could this be the last Pope that will be the Beast who will assist the AntiChrist? One interesting non-biblical prophesy regarding the Popes is the prophesies of St. Malachy. Saint Malachy was a 12th century Irish monk, who, while on a visit to Rome had a vision. As the legend goes, Malachy experienced what is today considered a famous vision commonly called “The Prophecy of the Popes.” Malachy saw and committed to paper, a series of Latin phrases describing the popes to come. Malachy made the prophecy in 1139. Reportedly it was entrusted to Pope Innocent II in 1140. But, for some reason it was lost in the Vatican for 400 years, only to be discovered in 1595 A.D. The prophecy is composed of Latin verses predicting each of the Roman Catholic popes from Pope Celestine II to the final pope, “Peter the Roman,” whose reign would end in the destruction of Rome. According to this ancient prophecy, the very next pope following Benedict XVI) will be the final pontiff, Petrus Romanus or Peter the Roman.
The final segment of the prophecy reads,"In extreme persecution, the seat of the Holy Roman Church will be occupied by Peter the Roman, who will feed the sheep through many tribulations; when they are over, the city of seven hills will be destroyed, and the terrible or fearsome Judge will judge his people." Though this is just a legend, it might not have been inspired by God at all, but it sure sounds interesting.
The Bible is God's word and we can find everything you ever need to know. From the origin of this world, to the revelation of God through his interaction with man, to the old testament revelation of the messiah and savior of the world, through the end of our world as we know it. The Bible is God's infinite mind compressed into a finite understanding, which is what we can use to understand him. In other words our small minds could never fathom or fully understand all of God. So, he revealed himself through his word, Jesus Christ incarnated and his Holy Scriptures. The end is clear. Jesus Christ will return to earth as a thief in the night, to lift up or rapture his Bride, the church and the Bible tells us how it will all end. We are witnessing the end times, the Pope is a marker and one of many things that usher in the 2nd coming of Christ. Are you ready for him or are you living distracted with the things of this world. All we can do is watch the signs and stay awake. We are watching things unravel before are eyes. We are in the front row of the end times. Are you ready for the next Pope?

139,000 People Deceived
The power of influence. Satan is a master of influence. He may not have a physical body, but his presence is manifested in the physical realm. Even in the beginning of time, the Bible says in Genesis chapter 3, that Satan came to speak to Eve and spoke to her through the form of a serpent. Satan will influence us through things and even people. Lately, I have been discussing Satan's influence through music. Look at this article from Rolling Stone magazine: The numbers are staggering; in one week of releasing his single, 139,000 people allowed this song, it's message, into their lives: 139,000 People Deceived! This young rapper from Harlem NY, has been giving a 3 million dollar contract overnight. Sounds like you need an inside connection to receive such a lucrative contract...inside connection, with Satan. They are A$AP, which stands for Always Strive and Prosper. They have satanic images and rituals in their videos. They are not ashamed of who they represent. They are influencing the youth of this generation with messages and images of not only money, but riches, women, drugs and fame. Watch the video clip, I have attached to this blog, below and see how they give honor to Satan. They are like the serpent, that in the beginning, Satan manifested his message through. Be careful what messages are infiltrating in your mind and spirit. Also, one of our youth was wearing a Black Label jacket. It was pretty cool looking and after one of my videos, he looked at the inside label and it clearly had a pentagram with the demon Baphomet in it. He innocently wore it, since it was a gift, but anyone could be deceived. So, be alert and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance. How I hope none of our youth were one of those 139,000 people who spent the money to allow this garbage in! Let's hear your voice and let your generation be heard, have you been deceived? What's your opinion? Let's hear it! --->CLICK HERE TO SEE VIDEO.

The Deception of a Generation
Deutoronomy 11:16 “Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and serve other gods and worship them." I have been warning and raising awareness regarding Satan and the occult in secular music. Today, the use of satanic hand signs, words with twisted messages and many symbols used are influencing this generation in a sneaky way. The point is, there is a great deception, which has been at work for the last 60 years in the music industry. Before, Satan's influence and agenda to win hearts and souls, was very hidden and occult, today it's in your face and out in the open. No shame to his game--society is being desensitized everyday. Around the late 1950's the Beatles came on the scene and impacted and revolutionized a whole generation with more than just their music. They were the spear head in Satan's plan of changing hearts and opening doors to his reign in peoples lives. By the 1960's what was the 'old order' was being annihilated by social and political activism, as well as drugs, rock 'n' roll, and the 'free love' movement. This new generation was looking to have fun, yes, but also for deeper spiritual meaning and a feel good revolution, very humanistic and opposite of Biblical standards. Then in 1968 being world famous and extremely influential to the youth of the day, they took their music to another spiritual level and helped usher in the mysticism and spiritual influences of Hindu practices <-CLICK HERE into their generation.
The Maharishi was the one who led the Beatles on a spiritual journey <-CLICK HERE to explore a new level of spiritualism. Another open door for Satan who pressed forward in his agenda to have won hearts and souls for his kingdom. The music kept revolutionizing into heavy metal Rock and Roll and has spilled over into Hip Hop and is now metastasized like cancer through the music industry. The fallen angel, Lucifer, who according to Ezekiel 28 was gifted with music had manipulated humanity and has driven men away from God through music. Here is the second video <-CLICK HERE I put together for my youth group. I hope you are edified by it and you can avoid the deception of today's music. What's your voice say about you and your musical habits? Have you been deceived or have you been liberated by Jesus Christ? Let's hear your voice! Satan Is In Your Music
Satan and music. Inseparable. When Lucifer (Satan) was created, the Bible says in Ezekiel 28:12 and on: Thus says the Lord God:“You were the seal of perfection,Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.13 You were in Eden, the garden of God;Every precious stone was your covering:The sardius, topaz, and diamond,Beryl, onyx, and jasper, Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold.
The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created. 14 “You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you;You were on the holy mountain of God;You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones.15 You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, till iniquity was found in you.16 “By the abundance of your trading You became filled with violence within,And you sinned; Therefore I cast you as a profane thing Out of the mountain of God;And I destroyed you, O covering cherub,From the midst of the fiery stones.17 “Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor;I cast you to the ground.(NKJV)
Instruments were incorporated into the existence of Lucifer's creation. He is familiar with music. His influence stems from the instruments, which were attached to his being and the evil and revengeful heart which drives him to expand his reign here on earth. It's about influence and his weapon is music. He ministers death through music. Many young people listen to music, which is heavily influenced by him. Before, many people would say it was only the heavy metal music or Rock. Now it's in all the music industry. Check out this video I made using clips from other YouTube videos. http://youtu.be/ZRLK5TPzeV4 Tell me what you think...Let's hear your voice. How does music influence people, and how does it influence your generation?

The Evidence of Christ in You
Paul Gustave Dore was a well known French artist and sculptor. He was traveling through Europe and had lost his passport.
At one border crossing the authorities stopped him from entering. He stated who he was and the officers explained how many people have come through, saying they were someone, they were not. At the persistence of Mr. Dore, one of the officers handed him a piece of paper and a writing utensil and asked him to draw a group of people standing nearby. Paul Gustave Dore went to work and skillfully and quickly was able to draw a magnificent sketch. They allowed him through. Sometimes in our lives words is really not enough. A rebellious child who says he won't do it again, a husband who promises he won't cheat again, a friend who tells you he won't talk about you again behind your back. People do not need words, they need action, evidence of the truth. Spiritually, we need to show we are truly Christian and the evidences that the blood of Jesus is on our lives and his Holy Spirit is in us. Show the world that you are not just a loud Christian, show them you are a devout Christian with evidence of God in you. How can you better show Christ in your life to others? How can you better practice what you preach?

Breaking Your Alabaster Flask
Worship. The alabaster flask or box. No way to extract the perfume from the flask if not by breaking it. Matthew 26:6 And when Jesus was in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, 7 a woman came to Him having an alabaster flask of very costly fragrant oil, and she poured it on His head as He sat at the table. 8 But when His disciples saw it, they were indignant, saying, “Why this waste? 9 For this fragrant oil might have been sold for much and given to the poor.” 10 But when Jesus was aware of it, He said to them, “Why do you trouble the woman? For she has done a good work for Me. 11 For you have the poor with you always, but Me you do not have always. 12 For in pouring this fragrant oil on My body, she did it for My burial. 13 Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her.”Breaking the flask, the perfume bottle was the only way to release the contents. After she broke the flask, she worshiped him and anointed his head. The first part is coming to where he is. Second is what is in your hands, in her case she brought her life in a bottle. It's about being broken before him in total worship. Brokenness is a state or condition where we submit, our will, to His will without any resistance. No arguing, no fighting with him and no questioning his Holy Spirit. Allowing his will to be done, not our own. As humans with a sinful nature, we have been given a free will and through the influence of sin, we tend to resist anything but our own will. And when we come to him willing to give it all, we have to be broken and contrite, mold-able and willing to let him work in us. Our lives become a sacrifice of living worship towards our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Be broken and use your perfume to anoint the Master's head. Broken is how we can best worship him. What has broken meant, personally, in your life? What broke you? Let your voice be heard.

God is going to surprise you this year
"God is going to surprise you this year," stated my senior pastor, Pastor Rocky. He surprised the Shunammite lady in 2 Kings 4:12-17 when the prophet Elisha prophesied she was going to have a baby... surprise! I personally don't like surprises, but as I was meditating on this, I came to the conclusion that I love God's surprises. He can bless us at an unexpected time, with an unexpected thing, at the right time. You see a frail old lady with a heart condition, standing next to a window would probably die of a heart attack and fall to her death if you decided to surprise her at that time...lol. "Bam!" but when you are struggling and you are hoping against hope in your situation and everything around you seems impossible to overcome then "Bam!" God drops a Surprise blessing on you, you rejoice with tears of joy and just glorify God because at the right time he blessed you with what you asked for and what you needed. Now, I am living with an expectancy and just knowing that my God, my Father in heaven is looking out for me and his love for me is irrevocable, incomparable and unconditional. And if you just wait in him, this year 2013, will be a year of surprises, just you wait and see!God is going to surprise you this year!

From His hands to yours
My Pastor brought out an amazing point, in between, an awesome message last night. He spoke about how God does not want us to idolize or depend solely on the blessing. We should worship and depend on the giver of the blessings.
He also expressed that the people of Israel while enslaved in Egypt, were getting their basic needs met, by God, through the hands of the Pharaoh. When he liberated them through Moses, he took them into the desert and met their needs with his own hands through the manna from heaven. After they crossed the Jordan River and into the promise land, God now stopped the manna and blessed them through their own hands. Now they had to work with their own hands to get their blessings. This shows an increase in maturity and dependency on God. A process of maturing is how God personally teaches and guides us into receiving and partaking in blessings. Where are you today in relation to blessings? Are you in a difficult situation and getting your needs met by an uncomfortable source? Are you receiving provision from above, totally dependent on him caring and providing for your needs? Or, are you understanding God has equipped you with the maturity and resources necessary to pull blessings your way? Lets hear your voice!

Consider your ways in 2013
Haggai 1:7,8
7 Thus says the LORD of hosts: “Consider your ways! 8 Go up to the mountains and bring wood and build the temple, that I may take pleasure in it and be glorified,” says the LORD.
New year and I am back after being quiet for like 2 years on the bloggosphere. Well, with the new year comes our congregational fast, the Daniel's Fast. 21 days of prayer and fasting. Last Friday I shared 7 points to follow for this year and here they are:
1. LETS FOCUS LESS ON OURSELVES AND FOCUS ON THE NEEDS OF OTHERS
2. ADMIT OUR MISTAKES AND MEET OTHERS WHERE THEY ARE AT
3. LETS WALK MORE BY FAITH AND LESS BY SIGHT
4. LETS RELY LESS ON OUR OWN STRENGTH AND TO TRUST GOD
5. LETS LIVE LIKE OUR LIVES DON’T BELONG TO US, BUT TO JESUS
6. LETS GIVE GENEROUSLY AND PURPOSELY TO TITHES, OFFERINGS AND MISSIONS.
7. LETS DO 3 GREAT THINGS FOR GOD THIS YEAR: WRITE THEM DOWN THROUGH THE FAST, SET DATES AND STEP IN FAITH.
Let's make this year count and let's start it off with seeking God as our number one priority as to set the tone or the pace for the rest of the year.

Resurrection power

Muhammad to Buddha. Joseph Smith(Mormons)and Ellen G. White(Seventh Day Adventist), to Charles Russell(Jehova's Witness), are among many influential religious figures. But, none can compare to Jesus Christ. These influential people, could be traced to a human father, all died and have been buried. All have influenced many followers and all have remained dead. As a Evangelical Christian, my religious beliefs are not founded or dependent on any one human being, but are centralized on one divine individual who is the son of God. He was concieved by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, died on a cross, buried in tomb, would overcome death and come back to life. After his death, he walked among his disciples and then ascended to heaven, promising to come back. He impacted a group of men, who would continue his work and spread his gospel as human vessels, giving him the glory. He is the only one who said he would die and resurrect. No one man or woman has the honor of saying they have a special key to unlocking heaven or a special message or a divine word that is uniquely placed in their hands. God revealed everything he wanted us to know and if it is not in his holy scripures, then it is cursed and pointing to death. Thank you Jesus for revealing to us God's divine plan for humanity and for paying the price for our atonement and salvation. He is worthy to be praised and worthy to be followed. Happy Easter.

New Year, New Beginning
I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them;I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them. Isaiah 42:16 (New International Version)
A new year. Where has the time gone? As we find ourselves ushering in a new year, 2013, many people often declare New Years Resolutions. New compromises and promises, new goals and objectives. But only a small percentage of people actually keep their resolutions and most break them within the first month of the new year. I think resolutions are good, and goals and objectives, are even better. The killer of resolutions to me, is the unreachable goals we set before ourselves. For example we challenge ourselves to loose 40 lbs. this year, but why not set the goal at 5 lbs and then make your second new years resolution, to be, to not give up on the next intended target: the next 5 lbs. Set reachable goals and learn to be happy with the small progressions and victories you can acquire. Nothing starts off large, it is OK to start off small.
The first electric light was so dim that a candle was needed to see its socket. Now we have electricity in every form. Wilbur and Orville Wright's first airplane flight lasted only 12 seconds. Now we travel internationally and even to outer space. And the first automobiles traveled 2 to 4 miles per hour and broke down often. Carriages would pass them with their passengers shouting, "Get a horse!" Cars now have DVD players and travel for years. Nothing begins big. Progression should be our goal, not to stay stagnant or stuck in the same rut or hole. Forward motion, whether slow or fast, as long as it is forward.
The best thing we have going for us, is our heavenly father, who promises us he will never forsake us. Put your resolution down on paper. Read it everyday during your prayer and ask God to help you. When you reach your goal, celebrate your victory and open your mouth and give God the praise for your accomplishments. In Jesus you can do all things. What are some of your resolutions for 2013? Post them under comments and share your voice for your generation.

He Smiled At Me
Play the video and read on after.
We have heard this song in many versions and sung by many artists, but have we ever taken the moment to analyze the lyrics and the message, the author was trying to convey? Little drummer boy. Here are the lyrics:

Come they told me, A new born King to see, Our finest gifts we bring,
To lay before the King, So to honor Him, When we come.
Little Baby, I am a poor boy too, I have no gift to bring,That's fit to give the king, Shall I play for you,On my drum?
Mary nodded,The ox and lamb kept time,I played my drum for Him,I played my best for Him,Then He smiled at me, Me and my drum.
This is a story about a poor little boy, who stood before the King of kings, at his birth. He recognized the instinct and the desire to worship him, but as the wise men brought expensive gifts, he looked at his hands and found that they were not empty. He had his drum. He looked into his heart and found that it too was not empty, as he did have a spirit of worship. And so, with what he had and with the privileged opportunity to worship Jesus, he worshiped with his drum and received something many of us long for...a smile from Jesus.
Let's keep Christ in Christmas and not forget this is the time, that many will have hands full of gifts, but hearts which are empty, who need a smile from the Lord and for him to be born not in a humble manger, but in a humble heart. Spread the message, Jesus is the reason for the season!

Thanksgiving

Colossians 2:6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, 7rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
To be overflowing in thankfulness means, the thankfulness inside of you is so much, it satisfies you and then pours out externally to others around you. Thanksgiving Day is here and the main ingredients of a true Thanksgiving Holiday is found in: God, family, friends and sharing food. From its humble roots in our American history to today, it is a day of reflection of how much we have, as Christians and as Americans.I will celebrate it and remember God's provision with my closest family and friends. This year it will be with Mom's cooking. Traditional turkey and rice and gandules, picked from my own backyard. I am thankful to God for my wife and kids, my family and my church family. My Pastors and ministry partners and my cell group who are the bomb. I am also thankful for the many lessons learned this year and the the way God has touched our lives.
I wish everyone a happy and a blessed Thanksgiving, how will you spend it this year and what are you thankful for?

Jesus Christ Alive and Not Dead
Romans 5:10 For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!
Lee Strobel was a secular journalist who didn't believe in Jesus Christ, until he did a journalistic investigation and gave his life to Christ and wrote an awesome book presenting his findings, titled The Case For Christ. Here is a small interview with Mr. Strobel and he summarizes some of his findings.
Our beliefs are not only supported by faith, but through clear truthful facts. Pass it on and rejoice in standing on the truth. His death was important, but his life after death was the icing on the cake.

Everlasting Friendship
Check this awesome and emotional video. Then read my post.
Friendship is something that is taken for granted. How many childhood friends, did we have and how many of them have surprassed the test of time? How many of them are still are in our inner circles today? I remember two of my childhood friends: Ozzie and Felix. One of the characteristics of friendship, is the sharing. Sharing everything. Ozzie was my buddy from when I was seven till I became a preteen. Then for some reason we grew apart. When we were close, we did tons of sleep overs and were into everything from comic books to G.I. Joes. As we got older, lives paths took us in different directions.
Felix, on the other hand, lived in the same area in NY I lived and even went to my same church, but we were oblivious to each other. Until, by some weird coincidence, we met in a bakery, in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, on one of our vacations. We connected ever since and have been B.F.F's (Best friends for ever--ha ha) ever since. We have been each others best mans, in our weddings and our friendship has never died out, even pouring into our kids.
Friendships are hard to establish as we grow older. Childhood friends are once in a lifetime. As adults, I have recently reconnected with my friend Ozzie, he lives in Virginia and has been in the military for 15 years. Though I have many friends today, adult responsabilities and commitments get in the way.
John 15 says: 9 "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. 13 Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. 15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you." Jesus has showed us the value of friendship, his friends, were his disciples. Today he invites us to feel like a friend, as friends share everything. In the midst of our crazy agendas and busy schedules, how about we call an old friend and reconnect.
Who were your childhood friends and what happened? Let your voice be heard.

IN THE GAP?
I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none." Ezekiel 22:30 (New King James Version)
How can we live a life, which imitates, the most influential Gap Minister in the existence of mankind? Who is this great Gap Ministry Warrior and what did he do? His name is Jesus and his life is an example of in the gap ministry. He intervened between us and eternal condemnation. He laid it all down and give himself unconditionaly. John 15:12 & 13 says: My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. His example is deeper, extreme and way more profound than this. Laying down your life for a friend is easy, but what about for an undeserving person?
Romans 5:6-8 says: You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
A Generational Warrior will get in the gap, not just for his family and friends, but for anyone who the Holy Spirit leads us to. How can you intervene, between those who are lost without Christ and Gods impending judgment? Voice your opinion... How do you breach the gap?

Prioritization Soup
I have recently been ministering the "Priorities Scale" speech alot. When someone is not doing well, spiritually or physically, as a counselor I ask what have been the top ten things in your life recently. I am not talking about what is it that would sound wonderful and would make me happy to hear. I need to know what has been your priorities in the last week or two. In most of the cases, the most important spot, numero uno, is mixed up somewhere in the Prioritization Soup of your life. The almighty God has lost his spot in the very top, where he belongs. Once you loose site of the first spot, it is amazing how the rest of it becomes a soup with all kinds of stuff. It is like a math problem... you mess up on the first part of the equation and it just will not work out, no matter how hard you try. How do you know what is number one on your scale? When you wake up on a day off, at a comfortable time, on a day which purposefully has been reserved for rest... what is the first thing which comes to your mind? That will determine numero uno. If it is the girlfriend or the last level you played in your video Game or the plans you have later on that evening or how are you going to get through your most current situation, that is your number one. If it stands in your mind, then it finds it's way into your heart and it stays sealed there. As your mind continues to awaken you might be surprised as to how God, did not even make it into the top ten. So, what are your priorities and in what order is your scale in today? Did you start off wrong this morning and realized it and adjusted your priorities? Or is God a piece of celery in your soup. Lets hear your voice.
